Hello everybeing,

I wanted to give you a taste of the edits to my channeled book, How to Love One Another. I’m working on editing chapter 4 today. Hopefully I’ll finish developmental edits by the end of the year. But there’s another big shift on my life at the moment, so that has slowed things down. I’m moving to a beautiful new property that is truly a gift from Love! I feel very blessed.

Below is my edited version of Chapter 1. The original version is here.

Blessings! 💗🙏🌟

How to Love One Another

Chapter 1 – The Fall

Once upon a time, there was only Love. All beings lived in harmony. There was no fighting, just the flow of life and no resistance. This may sound like a fairytale, but this is how things were before the separate mind arose and decided to run things.

The separate mind or egoic mind is the part of the mind that’s disconnected from the whole of life. It believes separation is not only possible, but necessary in this world. It can’t see that it’s still part of Love’s wholeness. Love is the source of everything. It’s the original mind. It’s life itself.

The separate mind arose from an error in perception. Human beings started to see themselves as separate from one another. When this error first occurred, there was a part of the mind that attached to this new perception. That part of the mind began to believe that it was autonomous. It appeared to split off from the whole. That is what started to create division amongst humans. The division started within.

Like an invasive vine, the separate mind quickly took over. It covered up the Love and blocked the harmony. It decided the world wasn’t good enough the way it was and it needed to change things to its liking.

This is how the fall happened. This is how humans fell out of Love and decided to struggle and fight with one another. They first decided to struggle and fight inside themselves.

When you look inside yourself, you can see this. You can see that the fighting doesn’t start with your fists or with weapons. It starts in your mind. This is very important to understand.

The Intention for Love

The shift to Love is a return to your spirit. It’s finding your way home. You won’t need fear, anger, projections or pain and suffering any longer. When you reside in the truth of Love, all will be given to you. You won’t have to worry about anything.

In order to make the shift back to Love, you must hold the sincere intention to move beyond the illusion of separation. You must truly want to move beyond the struggle inside yourself. You must hold the intention to choose Love over division and to embody Love in the world.

This means holding only true intentions. When you have hidden or misaligned intentions, like the desire to feel special or superior, these will block you from Love. Even well-meaning efforts lead to pain and suffering when the intentions come from divisiveness. Those who let go of self-centeredness and divisiveness will make the shift back to Love more easily. Those who cling to superiority and differentiation will struggle.

With your true intention to shift to Love, you can embrace the oneness of all beings and recognize that the light within you is the same light within everyone.

The Intention for Truth

Truth isn’t something you can fake. You can’t pretend to feel true peace or Love. You can’t pretend to experience oneness or compassion. You can’t find Love when you’re rooted in division and conflict. You must reside in the light of truth to move forward.

This starts with the intention to shift to Love, and also a dedication to being honest with what’s going on inside you. Don’t ignore your inner negativity or push it down or project it onto others.

When you’re fighting with others, even just in your mind, you’re projecting your mind’s negativity outward onto them. This is the separate mind trying to make you forget that you’re part of the same human family.

You can’t control other people’s intentions. You’re only responsible for your own. You can’t force anyone to choose truth and shift to Love. Truly walking the path of Love doesn’t make you better than other people—it just makes you clearer. There’s no hierarchy in Love. All are one, even those still rooted in division. Anyone can choose to shift to Love at any time.

The Shift to Love

You are here to shift back to Love. You are here to walk through the world with clarity, peace, and Love, and, in doing so, lift up humanity. This is very easy if you find your connection to Love again. It sounds simplistic, but humanity has forgotten how to connect and stay connected to Love.

True Love and true peace are synonymous. Start by finding the peace deep in your heart. This is the fundamental truth at the root of every great religion.

In order to stay in the peace and Love within, you can’t be distracted by the outer world. What matters is your inner world. You have to be aware of your inner state. Is it turbulent or peaceful? Does it change throughout the day? How does it change in different situations and circumstances? What practices or circumstances help you stay in inner peace?

When you feel something trying to pull you out of the peace, like a loved one arguing with you or something not going as expected, find the deep peace in your heart and respond from there. This is very simple, it only seems difficult because people are so conditioned to react from their minds.

Love Derailed

Many have tried to bring Love back into the world—but something usually corrupted their efforts. They got derailed by the separate mind and its false allures of happiness. This is how it trapped them, along with the rest of humanity, in neverending loops of seeking—power, pleasure, status, money, things, etc. And with this false pleasure also came the need to defend their “selves” and their sources of pleasure from others. All these, including the false sense of self, are superficial mind illusions meant to keep you divided and separate from Love.

When people say, “love is the answer,” what they often mean is, “my spiritual beliefs will help me get what I want.” That is not Love. Love is not a tool for control or manipulation. That is specialness, seeking, and righteousness masquerading as Love. These are all traps of the separate mind.

We won’t judge those with half-hearted intentions. But we must point out why good intentions often fail. Some want peace, but don’t hold peace in their hearts. You must truly embody peace—release anger, resentment, division, and give up the endless pursuit of superficial pleasures.

Making a collective shift back to Love won’t be easy. Negativity, reactivity, and pleasure-seeking fuel the separate mind. And these things keep humanity trapped. Few have transcended them thus far. The separate mind still rules the world. True teachers of Love are rare. Many preach Love but embody something else. They embody the superficial values of the separate mind.

Even very spiritual people can carry hidden pockets of anger, fear, pleasure-seeking, and superiority. These are the shadow figures of the separate mind still at work. You must bring all of the shadows into the light of Love. This is the task at hand—your own individual shift back to Love. For the collective shift to happen, enough individuals have to lead the way.

Resting in Love

Let’s begin the shift to Love with a simple meditation. Sit comfortably in a quiet place and close your eyes. Turn your gaze inward. Look beyond thoughts and emotions. Sink beneath surface turbulence into the stillness within.

If your mind is noisy, focus gently on one part of your body, like your abdomen. Feel it rise and fall with the breath. As you rest here, you can go beyond thought and emotion—feeling only the pure life-force energy inside you.

As you rest in your being, you’ll sense the pulse of life. Beneath that, you’ll feel something deeper. You don’t have to look for it—it’s already there. Just tap in.

Stay in this inner space. This is true Love. Rest here as long as you wish. Over time, your sessions can grow longer. Make this your first practice each day. And when you open your eyes, stay rooted in the peace you’ve found.

A guided video meditation is available to support this practice. (Link provided here.)

As you rest in this inner peace/Love, you rise above the chaos of your separate mind. You can see that hate, ugliness, anger, and fear are all illusions, reflections of a divided and sick mind. Reflections are not the truth. Images in your mind are not the truth. The truth is not an image.

Resting in Love is very easy. It’s just a matter of resting in the peace in your heart, instead of in the mind’s reactivity. This practice isn’t tied to any religion. It can deepen any faith. It’s a practice of connecting to true peace, true Love and escaping the prison of separation. We’ll explore more paths to the freedom of Love’s wholeness in the next chapter.
