(This is a channeled post.)

Let’s talk about how to remove what’s not real. Let’s talk about taking care of our inner hygiene. Let’s talk about going beyond the surface self. All of these things have to do with your inner space. When you go into your inner space, you can see what is true and what is not true. You can find out what is the best way to clean up your mental space. This means you don’t have to hold onto anything that is not serving you.

Learning to let go of things that are not serving you is very important. The things that aren’t serving you are things that are pulling you down. They are things that are making you heavy and dense. In truth, you are light and spacious, not heavy and dense. So when you look inside and see what’s going on in your mental space, you can decide what you want to keep and what you don’t. It’s like going through your closet. We’re cleaning up our inner closet.

So let’s do a little exercise now to help you with this. Go inside and look at your mental emotional space. What do you see there? Do you see peace? Do you feel lightness? Do you feel wholeness? Or do you feel heaviness and turbulence and insecurity? Now you can clean out your closet with the following words:

This is my space. I want to keep it clean.
