Aloha all, I just discovered a beautiful song by Adele called “I Drink Wine”. To me the song is about someone who’s ready to enter Ego Rehab! 🍷😉

Then my social media addict ego discovered the toxically addictive abyss that is TikTok and she’s in LOVE 😍😂, so here’s my very FIRST TikTok video, with my rendition of the theme song :

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTYe83mQs

Here are the chorus lyrics:

So I hope I learn to get over myself

Stop trying to be somebody else

So we can love each other for free

Everybody wants something, you just want me

I’ve modified the last line slightly for Ego Rehab purposes:

So I hope I learn to get over my “self”

Stop trying to be somebody else

So we can love each other for free

Every ego wants something, I just want Peace

By the way, wine, when consumed in excess, is a form of ego intoxication—numbing or feeding your ego instead of transcending it. Also, romantic love without connection to Being/Source/divine Love/God is just another form of ego intoxication.

So NOPE, Adele, this guys isn’t going to make you happy either! 💔😭 Join us in Ego Rehab and get over your self—your false self! The fastest way to lose your Self (your true Self/higher Self/connection to God/Source/Being) is through drugs and alcohol. So, leave your wine at home. Ego Rehab is a sober living facility. (I’m actually currently looking for a property here on Maui to be the first Ego Rehab Center. I trust in the benevolent and almighty Universe for guidance🤞🙏☝️😇) A glass of alcohol here and there is Ok unless you’re dependent on it, which Miss Adele clearly is, based on that song.

She’s also a love addict. A romantic relationship is not a substitute for a connection with the divine Universe/Source/Love/God/Peace. True happiness can never be found in romantic love alone, only in divine Love/Consciousness/Being/Peace/Oneness. If you expect your romantic partner to make you happy, you will ALWAYS be disappointed. As Eckhart Tolle says, “People aren’t here to make you happy, they’re here make you conscious.”

The problem with romantic relationships is there’s usually the unspoken expectation that the other person will enhance you in some way and thus make you happy. That’s an egoic expectation = egoic love. I consider true Love and a healthy romantic relationship to be when both romantic partners are connected to the Being dimension, and use the relationship to grow spiritually—like by entering Ego Rehab together 👏💯, and their love is not conditional—they’re not trying to get something from each other.

Speaking of Adele, her song, “One and Only” is my unworthy pain body’s* theme song. 😩😂 My ego is excited to make a TikTok video on that one too. TikTok both excites and terrifies my ego because she wants attention, but also fears looking a fool! 🤪

The theme song for someone who has completed Ego Rehab is Stevie Wonder’s “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing” also featured in above TikTok video. 🎉😊

When he says “I’ll be standing on the side”,  just consider “I” is “divine Love/God/Consciousness/Source/Life/Oneness/Peace”. 😇

As an aside, it’s my dream one day to unravel a celebrity ego layer by layer down to its core. I can sympathize with celebrities a little, having had a 15-minutes-of-fame experience myself during which my ego went amuck! Since then I’ve admittedly been hesitant to put myself out there again. Not because I’m afraid my ego will run amuck and take over my life again, but because when you have any sort of fame, you become the object of everybody’s egoic projections, both good and bad. Not only do fans and haters project their egos onto you, but they also add to your ego’s projections!

Yep, that’s right, all you celebrities out there, I hate to burst your comfortable ego bubbles, but YOUR FANS ARE JUST EXTENSIONS OF YOUR EGO!!! 🫧💥😳

*The pain body is Eckhart Tolle’s term for all of your accumulated trapped negative emotions that live inside of you, aka your emotional wounding. It’s closely related to the ego, often taking over the ego. A pain body attack is what happens when you’re overcome by a negative emotion like anger or PMS.
