Today we want to talk about how to remove the darkness from your lens. We want to clean the light—clean the lamp. We want to get rid of the shadows. There are many other metaphors that we could use, but this is enough for now.
There is nothing that cannot be erased that is dark and ugly, and not part of truth. Truth is the only thing that can’t be erased. And as we have said before, truth and love are one and the same. When we speak of love, we speak of divine love, true love. Again, it’s hard to explain these things in words because words are limited. Experience is the only way to understand.
Let’s do this again now. Close your eyes and go inside and listen. Go inside and watch your breath and look for your heartbeat. Once you find yourself in deep stillness, you can say the following:
Help me understand the truth.
