There are so many great ones but this 15-minute clip, “Seeing Through Your Own Illusions”, pretty much sums up what Ego Rehab is all about. He discusses how different ego disguises (that’s my term) can “hook” you and how you need to exert spiritual discipline to not allow them to pull you into unconsciousness:
