(This is a channeled post.)

We are going to talk about how to ask for help. This is very important. You can’t get help if you don’t ask. The first step is to get very still inside. Then you can go and ask for help. You just need to ask for help. This isn’t difficult. If you have a specific ask, you can do that as well. But this isn’t hard.

You can say:

Please help me I don’t know what to do in this situation.

And then you be still and listen.

You are here for a reason. You are here to help. Remember that we are all here to help humanity. You can say this also in order to ask for guidance. You can say, I am here to help.

We are here to help you and to help others. This is not a time for divisiveness and anger. We are going to need to be really still inside and go beyond the human emotions like anger and fear. You can’t make anybody do this, however. They have to be willing. This is number one. So please remember to align your will with this purpose. We are not going to be able to help anybody if they’re not aligned with this purpose—to go beyond ego*. Remember this. It is very important.

Now we want to say something about the current times. The current times are a bit unstable because people are very lost. They don’t know how to come together. They think they are coming together in support of certain beliefs and ideas, but this is not true coming together. This is just creating more separation. Ideas and beliefs don’t bring people together. What brings people together is love.

*Ego, according to my Guides, is a mind that has separated from its Self. It has separated from the whole. It has separated from God. This is in alignment with A Course in Miracles’ teachings on ego, some of which I’ve pasted below:

The ego is the part of the mind that believes your existence is defined by separation. (ACIM, T-4.VII.1:5)

The ego is the part of the mind that believes in division. (ACIM, T-5.V.3:1)

This enables the ego to regard itself as separate and outside its maker, thus speaking for the part of your mind that believes you are separate and outside the Mind of God. (ACIM, T-6.IV.2:5)

Being the part of your mind that does not believe it is responsible for itself, and being without allegiance to God, the ego is incapable of trust. (ACIM, T-7.VII.9:1)
