Warning: I may have been UIE—Under the Influence of Ego—when I wrote this post! 🥸😅
Hello, friends and fellow human BEINGS!
I’ve already decided who I’ll vote for in the US presidential race: I’ll be voting for the candidate with the smaller ego! That means NOT the one with the above giant rally sign behind him last week as he bobbed his orange-tinted ego-inflated head to “Nothing Compares to You” by Sinead O’Connor (RIP, Sinead!🕊️). I have a new rally song suggestion for him, btw: “You’re So Vain”!
I don’t mean to be provocative—or maybe I do! My ego, Little Bitch, LOVES her some controversy! The more drama the better! Actually, I’m not alone: all egos at their core love conflict. It makes them feel more alive! They feed on it. They think it will help with their innate sense of lack. The sense of lack is innate and unhealable because the ego doesn’t exist. It’s a thought phantom, a hungry ghost! That’s why we need to perform an ego bypass operation on ourselves and rest in the peace of our Being/Source/Consciousness/God/Love/stillness. That’s the only reality, the only Truth. Let’s get over our selves (our false selves) and rest in peace while we’re still alive!
By the way, I would love to say I’ll be voting for the candidate with no ego, but as of yet, I haven’t heard of that in politics anywhere! Please lmk if you know of any egoless politicians. 🙏 Even Gandhi probably had some ego? 🤔
