I live on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii, where I carefully watch out for my sneaky ego, as she's always just around the corner with her smoke and mirrors!

I realized I was addicted to my ego 3 years ago and checked myself into Ego Rehab. I figured others may want to join me, so I set up this site. I'm also currently working on a book about my journey and what people can learn in Ego Rehab.
