My name is Ellen Simonetti, I’m the founder, CEO (Chief Ego Officer), clinical director, counselor, and primary patient at Ego Rehab. I checked myself into Ego Rehab in 2022 and realized a lot of people may want to join me there, thus this blog (and book manuscript, which started out as some journaling during a tough emotional time).
